We offer various payment plans, including one-time full payment, two-month installment, and four-month installment plans. Access to all class recording videos and reading materials is provided via subscription once your payment is received. Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or incomplete course participation. Access to our training materials is strictly for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in the event of misuse or violation of our policies. Brightex retains all intellectual property rights to the training content, including videos and reading materials. While we strive to provide high-quality education and support, we do not guarantee job placement or career advancement. We may occasionally update or modify courses, schedules, and terms with reasonable notice. Your personal information will be used only to support your enrollment and training experience and will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy practices. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Maryland.
